Explanation and delivery of the Hydrokube Boutique

Below you will find an explanation of the various steps involved in making purchases on “La Boutique”, hereinafter referred to as the “e-shop”, the delivery times and any delivery charges, as well as the methods of payment.

Is VAT included in the prices shown?

Yes, all our prices include 21% VAT. If you wish to have the appliance installed by an installer, he or she can pass on the 6% VAT to you , if your home qualifies.

Explanation of the 3 steps on the e-shop:

  1. The Shopping Cart – The buyer selects one or more products from the “Shop” page and transfers them to his or her shopping cart by clicking on “Add to Cart”. The selected products will be saved in the“Basket“. At this stage, the buyer can still modify the contents of the shopping cart to add or remove products. If the buyer’s browser accepts cookies, they can also return to their “Shopping Cart ” at a later date as it was when they left the Hydrokube site.
  2. The first confirmation – Once the shopping basket has been finalized, the buyer can select “Confirm order” to proceed to the next step:
    • indicate the billing and delivery address, if different from the billing address,
    • to choose between collection from Greenside or shipment by carrier,
    • select the method of payment: either a bank transfer or electronic payment via Paypal, at no extra cost. Payment with PayPal is made either with a Paypal account or or by credit card without opening a PayPalaccount, but in both cases through a secure payment managed by PayPal, a highly secure and reputable online payment system.
  3. Finalization – The buyer must indicate his agreement by ticking the box next to the sentence “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of sale”. The buyer can then finalize the order by clicking on “Place order” or “Confirm with Paypal” (depending on the payment method chosen). If the payment is made by Paypal, the buyer will follow the instructions of the secure Paypal site. For the different payment methods, as soon as the buyer has finalized the order, it is recorded and the buyer will receive a confirmation email.

Pick-up or delivery – deadlines :

Products purchased on the e-shop can either be collected from Greenside or sent to the address in Belgium specified by the customer on the e-shop. The choice of delivery method has an impact on delivery times and costs. The delivery mode is accessible after clicking on “Confirm order” and indicating the billing address and, if different from the billing address, the delivery address. This choice is possible, of course, before finalizing the order on the e-shop.

  • Of course, there is no charge for pick-up at Greenside. An appointment will be arranged by mutual agreement within 7 working days of payment. Collection will always be arranged after receipt of payment.
  • For a delivery, a shipment is sent to the address defined in the e-shop:
    • Delivery costs will be indicated automatically as soon as the purchaser’s billing or delivery address is completed. This information is indicated before the choice of payment method and of course before finalizing the order.
    • The order will be dispatched from Greenside to the buyer within 7 working days of receipt of payment. After shipment, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
  • In the event of a possible stock shortage, the customer will be informed within 3 working days from the order confirmation sent by email.

Once you’ve chosen your method of payment, check the box next to the phrase “I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale and finalize your choice by clicking on “Place order” or “Confirm with Paypal”.

As soon as the order is dispatched, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation and an invoice. In some cases, the buyer receives a dispatch note from the carrier with a code that enables him to track the package. Products ordered in the same order may be shipped separately.

The purchaser expressly accepts that the shipping and delivery times indicated on this page are for information purposes only. No delay in delivery may therefore give rise to termination of the sales contract by the buyer or payment of damages to the seller.

In addition, Greenside has the right to refuse to sell its products for any legitimate reason (such as, for example, a stock shortage) and retains the right to make partial deliveries.

Method of payment:

The buyer can either pay by bank transfer as specified on the order confirmation and the invoice sent by email, or pay directly with PayPal. You can also pay with your usual credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
