Article 1: General information
Access to the “Hydrokube” website (https://hydrokube.be) and the information it contains is entirely subject to compliance with the terms of use set out below, and Greenside undertakes to comply with the privacy policy set out below. Hydrokube, hereinafter referred to as “the site” or “the website”, is a website hosted by OVH, 140 quai du Sartel, 59100 ROUBAIX, France, Tel +33899701761, www.ovh.com. Personal information is collected on a remote computer server managed by Pipedrive, Inc, 460 Park Ave South, New York, NY 10016, USA privacy@pipedrive.com. Pipedrive does not own, control or direct any use of personal information stored or processed by Greenside or any of its users via the service. Only Greenside has the right to access, retrieve and direct the use of personal information. The site has been created and is administered by the company Greenside SA, hereinafter referred to as “Greenside”, whose registered office is located at Tienne du Chenois 18, 1325 Dion Valmont, Belgium and registered with the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises under number 0555.719.730. In the event of non-acceptance of these general terms of use, the user is requested to immediately leave the website and not to use it in any way. Article 2: Intellectual property
The present website and the texts, drawings, photos, illustrations, films, data, databases, software, domain names, logos and any other elements contained therein are protected by intellectual property rights. Any copy, adaptation, translation, arrangement or modification of all or part of this site, in any form and by any means – electronic, mechanical or otherwise – is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Greenside. Any infringement may result in civil or criminal proceedings being taken against the offender.
Article 3: Site content
The site is regularly updated, and great care is taken to check the relevance of the information it contains. However, Greenside cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, integrity, timeliness, precision or completeness of all the information contained therein. Nor can it be held responsible for the quality of products sold by advertisers.
Article 4: Site management
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all users of the site undertake to:
- not to exploit the information illegally;
- not to use this site in such a way that it is damaged, transformed, interrupted, stopped or rendered less effective by any means whatsoever;
- not to use this site for the transmission or posting of computer viruses or for the transmission or posting of illegal, illicit or inappropriate content (including, but not limited to, information of an obscene nature or harmful to public order);
- not to use this site to infringe, in any way whatsoever, the rights of a natural person, legal entity or association such as – including but not limited to – the right to privacy and intellectual property;
- not to use this site to send or transmit any content for promotional or advertising purposes without first obtaining permission to do so from the operator.
Greenside is not responsible for the possible spread of viruses in the event that, despite the precautionary measures taken, this should occur, and declines all responsibility for damage caused by such viruses.
Article 5: Protection of privacy
Privacy policy Greenside SA, hereinafter “Greenside”, considers personal information such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number to be private and confidential. Consequently, the personal information you provide to us is kept in a safe place, is accessible only by designated personnel or authorized agents, and is used exclusively for the purposes of marketing our products or optimizing our customer service.
Information gathering When you visit a Greenside Hydrokube website, you do so anonymously. No personal information is collected. However, in certain areas of our Hydrokube website, you are invited to voluntarily provide us with personal information such as your name, e-mail address, etc., for the purposes of correspondence, registering on the site, completing a purchase transaction, informing you of your nearest Hydrokube authorized dealer/installer and CO2 distributor, or participating in online surveys. Greenside may also retain electronic communications that you send to our customer service department or other employees. These may only be shared within Greenside and with its authorized dealers/installers for the constant improvement of our customer service. In addition, Greenside’s Hydrokube website collects information about visits to the site. For example, we compile statistics showing the daily number of visitors to a site, the daily requests received for specific files and from which countries these requests originate. These aggregate statistics are used to optimize our website to better meet your needs, and may also be shared with third parties, but they do not contain any personal information. In order to improve the content of our website, we use Google Analytics. There is a technology called “cookies” which can be used by a site to provide you with personalized information. Use of information Greenside may use information provided by users to, for example, provide a service, measure consumer interest in our various products and services, or inform users about new products and programs. These offers may be based on information provided in surveys, information indicating purchasing preferences or e-mails sent to a Greenside site. All lists used to send you product and service offers are established and managed under strict conditions to guarantee the security and confidentiality of our customers’ personal information. You may request a copy of your personal information at any time, and ask that it be corrected or removed from our database. Article 6: Applicable law
These general terms and conditions of use of the website and the use of the website are governed by Belgian law. Only the civil or commercial courts of the judicial district of Walloon Brabant are competent to hear any dispute relating to or concerning these general conditions of use of the website and the use of the website.
