After this period, no further claims for apparent defects will be taken into consideration.
\nIn the case of sales to professionals, transport is at the buyer’s risk.
\nThe delivery times communicated by the seller are strictly indicative.
\nIn all cases, the following circumstances release the seller from his obligations with regard to lead times:
\n1 – Cases of force majeure (including, in particular, stock shortages, strikes, technical incidents, supplier delays and labour shortages);
